Casper is a great dog but he doesn't do great meeting new people which is a challenge when you are up for adoption. When you first meet him he is shy and very scared! You see Casper came from a dog hoarder that couldn't take are of any of the dogs properly so Casper became shy and frighten of people. In this terrible place Casper found refuge and comfort in the bond he made with other dogs so he is perfect with other dog in the home. He loves to play and run around with all the other dogs in his foster home.
